Hello! I grew up in Ash Grove, MO on a commercial beef cattle farm. My family is very closely knit and a high priority in my life. I attended Ash Grove R-IV Schools. After high school, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Education: Agriculture Education and Master of Natural and Applied Science from Missouri State University. Through all of my schooling, I have been devoted to academic achievement and extracurricular involvement. In college, I was an active member of Collegiate Farm Bureau, Ranch Horse Team, and the Equestrian Team.

Following college, I began teaching at the Montrose R-XIV School District in 2018. Agriculture and Education are both fields I am passionate about and I am very blessed to be involved in a career that allows me to take part in both. 

In the summer of 2023, I married my husband, Gavin. Together we are building our future home and raising Boer and BoerX meat goats.
